This is a basic chi kung exercise. Breathing in on 1-3 and out on 4-6. It will help concentrate your mind, and relax your body. Chen Zhengli taught it as tai chi-related chi kung that he highly recommened doing at least 10 min each day. He said that if you practice you can get to 3-4 breaths per min...
