Is there a full description of the form? I mean, a complete description of every single movement of arms, legs etc ? Best if it is on the internet.

Also, is there a sort of map showing more or less where on the floor should one be at each step ?

I don't know of any place on the internet where there is a move by move description of the long form, if you find one let me know because then I could review it while at work during the day, but both Yang Zhen Duo and Fu Zhongwen have excellent books that do have this level of form description.
As for foot placement charts, I do not recall off the top of my head who has it in their book but I know there is a very good one out there.
I will ask my mother which book that was in. She found it very usefull when she started learning the long form.
I'll get back to you after I hear back from her.
