I agree that origin of these line drawings is doubtful. I don't know if Xiao Tianshi had a reason to include these line drawings in his work "Essence of the Daoist Canon" (Daozang Jinghua) if they were not authentic? He was a researcher of the taoist text and not martial arts. I also don't know where he found the (taoist) "text" with them (line drawings)?
