At the time Yang Lu Chan was fighting what was he calling his martial art? Soft boxing? Taijiquan? Cotton fist?

How did they do the fighting process in the early times? Lei Tai platform? Open challenges? at schools? tournaments?

does Yang Lu Chan have a known fight record?

Someone once wrote Yang Lu Chan fought an opponet and lost, went back to train in Chen village for more years, and fought again and was an even draw, then went back to train for a few years and then finally defeated the opponet? who was this opponent and what martial art did they do? how accurate the stories? Any other stories of his art in the ring/platform tournaments?

Luchan's opponents were often honourable enough to not go about bragging about that kind of stuff.

Fight record or not, one train according to the times!

It was called cotton fist mostly at that time. No tournaments. There were lei tai platform but it was open challenges for Yang. There were some but not very detail. It was only a story and do not take it serioursly. By the way, no body is unbeatable.
