Does knows someone what is inside of Yang Jun new DVD? Maybe difference to the DVD of Yang Zheng Duo?

What is inside is a demonstration of the Yang family long hand form, demonstration hand form, sword form and saber form.
Do you mean "Is this the same as the GM's video?" If so then the answer is no, this is a demonstration DVD, not a teaching DVD. There are only demonstrations of the forms on this DVD, no teaching of the movements.
Well, unless you count how much you can learn watching the Master do the form correctly. Which is a lot.
I've allready learned I'm NOT doing the form correctly, so I'd say that's a good start!

The Yang Jun's DVD "Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan Traditional Form" has:
- demonstration of the whole form
- instruction of the form with martial applications
- explanations of the 10 principles of Yang Cheng Fu

It is a must have video for any Yang style taijiquan practicioner!
