The three coordination of Tai Chi push hands
The three coordination in surface means: shoulder coordinate to kwa(cross side), elbow coordinate to knee(cross side), wrist coordinate to ankle(cross side), in fact this is just two points coordination. In Tai Chi push hands, we need the third points to coordinate plus the former two points, that is self shoulder with cross side kwa coordinate(send power to) the opponent's gravity side kwa; self kwa with cross side shoulder coordinate(send power to) the opponent's gravity side shoulder; self elbow with cross side knee coordinate(send power to) the opponent gravity side knee, self knee with cross side elbow coordinate(send power to) the opponent gravity side elbow; self wrist with cross side ankle coordinate(send power to) the opponent gravity side ankle; self ankle with cross side wrist coordinate(send power to) the opponent gravity side wrist.
