tai chi in durham

for a while I trained with this fella in durham. he was really into zen and his lessons were enthralling.

i tried loads of other classes in durham and they were just lousy. No idea what internal meant and certainly no self defence.

master nick waller really knew his stuff. and he could really teach.

oh, i tried that one.

a nice fella but more of a kickboxer than an internal stylist. don't really see how you can train the two side by side.
