From the end to the beginning
Has anyone practice the form from de end to the beginning? That is, like a move running backward in time?
If so, is it of any use?
I've tried the first part and found it very interesting; both to the right and to the left.

Full description
Is there a full description of the form? I mean, a complete description of every single movement of arms, legs etc ? Best if it is on the internet.
Also, is there a sort of map showing more or less where on the floor should one be at each step ?

Thanks for all answers. The reason I would like doing taiĝiĉûan with weights is the following. Working with weights in a gym is very boring for me, but I've found out that practicing tajĝiĉûan with weights is quite a nice thing to do. Therefore, I practice tajĝiĉûan with weights for the sake of the ...

Tai Chi with weights
Does anybody practice the Taichi barehand form with weights around the wrist, let us say, about 0.5kg or 1kg or more? I mean, using weights like ankle weights, but around the wrist; I don't know the name in english. Is that a good practice? Is that bad? Thanks,
Filipe

Step measurements
Is there a precise position to put the feet in each movement of Tai Chi? If yes, which? If not, how should one do? I made myself a rule which I'm using to draw a chart with all feet positions for the complete sequence of Tai Chi, which I shall publish in my homepage shortly http://br.geocities.com/p...
