Is it good to mix other workout

Greetings of the day friends!

My question is if we do Tai chi as well as hard chi kung simultaneously, What will be the effect on body? Is it ok to mix both style in work out together?

Hello all,

Practicing Tai chi regularly but I feel the change in my body weight. For some days I am getting weight. How can I reduce the weight?

Hello All!

While performing grasping bird's tail, do we keep forward leg heel and back leg toe in line or both leg heel in line by keeping the legs side long?

I have many videos of Yang Jun's performance. But these performances are on side view. It doesn't show front view and foot step explanation is not in all these parts. If you have pls post a link.

Really a great explanation. Can u suggest any video which can explain it in detail? On net, there are hundreds of videos but hardly any video explains it. Another thing is that very few video demonstration are of front view. So exact body placement are not visible. Can u suggest one?

I do the same yang style but my friend show me one video and he also told me that distance of angles of distances to be kept but i doubt so i posted this question here. But can u tell me when the distance changes slightly?

thank you very much. Can u suggest links to some videos that can teach the breathing? I have searched to much on net but couldn't found satisfactory results. There are enough videos that can teach all the forms but video on breathing is not available.

Generally in tai chi practice we fill our stomach. But we should fill our lungs or not?
