spirtual relaxation
As a relative newcomer to Yang style tai chi, my master continues to tell me that I need to have spiritual relaxation during my practice. I can't even relax physically, much less spiritually. I want to be able to do both. Any suggestions from anyone?

I'm relatively new to tai chi. My teacher tells me I need to relax my mind as I'm too stiff when I practice. How does one accomplish this?
