In some articles i had read that Patient of osteoporosis should avoid exercises like twisting or bending waist as it put pressures on spine. so what about doing single whip and needle at sea bottom? is it safe for osteoporosis patients?

Normally i don't suffer of lower back pain. But after doing grasp bird's tail it started. When i practice Grasp birds tail i suffer of it and if i don't practice grasp birds tail i don't suffer of it.
