Hi Jerry i´ve seen the book and could undersatnd that Master Chen Man Ching has given the idea to Master Yang Cheng fu to write the book. Why Master Chen Man Ching has changed so hardly the principles and approaches of the Yang Style? Like the leaning of the body and the opening of arma pits, etc......

Family´s opinion about the Book

Louis Swaim translated "The Complete Book of the Essence and Applications of Taijiquan" by Yang Cheng Fu.

I´d like to know the family opinion about this book. Please Master Yang Jun, can you send us a tip?

Olimpic Tai Chi

I really would like to know the opinion of the traditional Yang Family tai chi practitioners about the entrance of Tai Chi in the olimpic games.
Personally I have my reserves about that, but I´d rather to hear some other opinions.

Anyone can help me with
all the names of the Traditional Yang Style Sword form, with the Ping yin for each one and the numbers of all the tones.
I would like to practice the correct way to pronounce all the sword form.
