Then you should do quite well at the seminar. You are certainly far enough along that the seminar will be very beneficial to your practice.
Enjoy.

dragomilak, I took one of Master Yang Jun's hand form seminars about a year and a half ago. I had gone through the entire long form in class before I went, and I was very glad I did. However, I also took the sword form seminar right after that, and had never done Yang style sword form before. At the...

Ah, here it is. I found it for you. Again, this presumes you understand the long form and its transitions. A copy of Master Yang Jun's 103 posture hand form training DVD is also helpful: The Preperation form and Beginning should be VERY easy to get, they are identical in all respects to the 103 post...

The only person who I know of who makes a video of the 13 posture form is one of Yang Zhen Duo's disciples, Han Hoong Wang. The last time someone checked, she did not have any available for sale. Her website is www.michigantaichi.com. You could check with her and see if that has changed. Other than ...

What do you need to know? I have taken the 13 posture form class a few times and practice it frequently, so I'm familiar with it somewhat.

Kal, I know the bubbling lid feeling. I've been there many times. I dunno. I still sweat. A lot. And I've been doing so for a long time. I don't feel overly exerted, or depleted, or anything like that. I just feel heat and that makes me sweat. So does just about everyone else I know, when doing TCC....

Dpasek, What you are practicing is certainly beyond me at this point... However it's given me some avenues to explore so I'll be playing with the idea a bit in my practice. However, if you read the Grand Masters treatise it clearly states that: "The attack is push, the defense is ward off, diss...

Kal, It's been a while, and I don't have the text in front of me to reference, but I seem to recall that Master Ma Yueh Liang and his student, Dr. Zen Wee, in Master Ma's book, "Wu Style Taichichuan Push-Hands" say that sweating is a normal side effect of Tai Chi Chuan and does not necessa...

The only advice I can give you is to have her consult her physician. As far as I know, and that's not very far, as long as her doctor OK's her practice then she should benefit greatly from Tai Chi Chuan training. There are many articles that you can reference online about Tai Chi Chuan's healing pro...

Louis, As always, my heartfelt thanks for an excellent translation. This is an excellent reinforcement of what Bill Wojasinski has been trying to teach us for some time. Since my head, at least, is made of rock I can't say it's sunk in completely, but Bill keeps plugging away at us and it has been b...

Drago, What is inside is a demonstration of the Yang family long hand form, demonstration hand form, sword form and saber form. Do you mean "Is this the same as the GM's video?" If so then the answer is no, this is a demonstration DVD, not a teaching DVD. There are only demonstrations of t...

Hengyu, Ah. I see what you are saying now. One of my push hands partners is very aggressive this way. Pushing hands with him is a workout if you let yourself get tense. He pushes like a freight train on high kill. If you allow him to meet any tension in your body, he really can shove you around. For...

Hengyu,
This statement puzzles me somewhat:
"I have often observed that many do not appreciate the value of moving or swaying backwards."
I'm not really sure what you mean.
