Tai Chi is an amazing exercise for not just for improving physical health but also mental health, especially with improving and reducing stress.
I came across an amazing example recently put up by a Tai Chi Master about one of his students teaching Tai Chi in an area that's basically a war zone, and how it's allowed people; especially the defenseless ones deal with the extremely stressful daily violence and somewhat transformed the parts of the community it has touched.

So if Tai Chi can work there, it will definitely work for something simpler like office stress :p

If you want to reduce stress so thing yoga is the one of the best exercise for health. Always drink a lots of water, Eat more fruits and green vegetables. Avoid junk food and take a balanced diet.
