掤动食指划眉梢:掤劲时,意念用自己的食指划对手的眉梢;
Peng: use your index finger move to the opponent's eyebrow;
捋动脊背找前脚:捋劲时,意念用自己的脊背找对手的前脚;
Lu: use your spine move to the opponent's front foot;
挤动命门找环跳: 挤劲时,意念用自己的命门找对手的环跳;
Ji: use your Du4 move to the opponent's Gb30;
按劲劳宫找肩井: 按劲时,意念用自己的劳宫找对手的肩井;
An: use your both pc8 move to the opponent's both Gb21;
采劲凭栏楼下瞧: 采劲时,意念自己凭着栏杆从楼上向下瞧;
Cai: meditation you look down from a high building's fence.
列劲玄关肩井合: 列劲时,意念自己的玄关穴与肩井穴相合;
Lie: make your Yin Tang and Gb21 on one line.
肘劲意在蹬后脚: 肘劲时,意念自己的后脚在用力向后蹬地;
Zhou: use power to push the ground with your hind heel;
靠劲玉枕扛大包: 靠劲时,意念自己的玉枕扛顶对手的大包。
Kao: use your Ub9 to against the opponent's chest.

You just google each point name online, it will show out the locations.
