太极刀口诀 (Tai Chi broadsword poem)

七星跨虎意气扬，白鹤凉翅暗腿藏； Seven star step to ride a tiger, white crane open it wings hide a kick;

风卷荷花隐叶底，左顾右盼分两张； Wind blow lotus can not see the bottom, look left see the right cut two sides;

推窗望月偏身长，玉女穿梭应八方； Push knife see the moon tilt upper body, jade lady push shuttle for eight directions;

狮子盘球向前滚，开山巨蟒转身行； The lion on the ball move to forward, turn back like the big boa turn its body;

左右高低蝶恋花，转身捋撩如风车； Left high right low the butterfly on the flower, turn around move knife like windmill;

二起脚来打虎势，鸳鸯腿发半身斜； Jump kick up and down to hit a tiger, chain of kicking the upper body should slant;

顺水推舟鞭作篙，力劈华山抱刀势； Push knife like push boat the leg push ground, cut mountain hold knife to stab;

翻身分手龙门跳，六合携石凤回巢。 Open arms turn body jump dragon gate, six harmony finish form phoenix back nest.
