As for who is responsible, apparently he's called "ASLAN ION BOGDAN". He's Romanian, and there is a Tai Chi related youtube page of the same name. Not sure what you could do either, apart from contacting Wordpress directly. Of course, the Streisand effect being what it is you might make matters worse. I first saw it on a facebook page "Tai Chi secret movements". It's a shame that there is not anything in place for protecting your work.
