Yes I agree that it should be possibly up to the instructor, but why am I not allowed to wear non slip socks or flat loafers?
I have never heard of people not being allowed to wear non slip socks for tai chi or any other classes !
I have tried tai chi shoes which I admit were slippery on the floor, flat loafers and non slip socks I keep having to go back to barefeet as all of those are deemed unsuitable.
I no longer want to go to any more expense as I have already purchased the above only to be told I cannot wear them in our hall.
Hopefully I will get to wear the non slip socks at this weeks class as I want to ask the people who run the hall why I cant !
It is just such a weird ruling.
