Hi, Millahardman
I'm sorry to inform you that Tai Chi is not designed to lose weights. However, I can tell you this. It is very good for the internal heath of your physical body.

I have to agree with Master Chi, Tai Chi is not good for weight loss.
However practicing Tai Chi Chuan IS good for weight loss.
Well, it is if you do it right.
If you want to lose weight using Tai Chi Chuan it's actually very easy, here's the formula in a nutshell: Practice more than you eat.
If you follow that rule you will lose weight.
Of course you will lose weight if you follow that rule no matter what you're doing.
So it's not a magic formula, it's just how you lose weight.
Is it easy? Nope.
But it's not easy to lose weight doing aerobics, weight lifting, or just about anything really.
On that note...
I need more practice. I've got a few pounds to lose.

You ain't the only one, Bob...

At this point, I think the only way I'll drop 20 pounds is if I go shopping in London.
