Greetings of the day friends!
My question is if we do Tai chi as well as hard chi kung simultaneously, What will be the effect on body? Is it ok to mix both style in work out together?
Thanks

Re: Is it good to mix other workout
Could you please clarify?
I'm not sure whether you're on about:
a) doing other forms of exercise in addition to tai chi
b) doing other forms of exercise in the middle of a tai chi form
c) integrating tai chi into a different form of exercise
a) is hardly controversial. Tai chi is pretty comprehensive but I don't think anyone in his right mind would suggest that it's the only physical activity one ought to engage in.
b) just seems confusing and I'm at a loss as to how or why one would even do this.
c) kind of ought to come naturally as a result of a deepened understanding of the way we move and are supposed to move.
