拳無拳 quan wu quan
意無意 yi wu yi
有意無意 you yi wu yi
是真意 shi zhen yi
有形皆是假 you xing jie shi jia
無形才是真 wu xing cai shi zhen

These phrases are written in classics. Classics are very paradoxical. It is very difficult for modern people to comprehend. They have to be done by interpretation other than translation. Otherwise, they make no sense at all.

拳無拳 quan wu quan
Style or no style

意無意 yi wu yi
Intent or no intent

有意無意 you yi wu yi
Showing intent or no intent

是真意 shi zhen yi
There is a real intent.

有形皆是假 you xing jie shi jia
Showing the form is all artificial.

無形才是真 wu xing cai shi zhen
Showing no form is the (hidden)truth.
