changes to forums

We have changed the forum structure a little, merging a few and adding a new one.
This forum (was "FAQ") has merged with "Suggestions for new forums" and "Questions for yangfamilytaichi.com" and been renamed "Website Announcements and Support". (But, if you need a quick reply, email admin@yangfamilytaichi.com.)
"Ranking" has merged into "Miscellaneous".
"Offering and Seeking Instruction" has been renamed "Teaching Tai Chi", where we can talk about the teaching experience.
The new one is "Book and Video Recommendations". I will try to move appropriate topics into it.
