I HAVE MADE CHANGES TO MY DIET CUTTING OUT GREASY FOODS, MOST MEAT, ALCHAHOL, SUGAR AND CAFFINE. I NOW BUY ORGANIC PRODUCE WHERE AVAILABLE AND STICK TO HERBAL TEAS & BOTTLED WATER FOR FLUIDS. THE RESULTS HAVE BEEN SURPRISING, MY MIND SEEM SHARPER AND I CAN FEEL IMPROVED ENERGY IN MY FORM.
HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD SIMILAR EXPERIENCES, OR FOUND ANY OTHER CHANGES THAT HELP CHI GROWTH??
JUST A CURIOUS AREA AT THE MOMENT.
