What is the 42 Yang Tai Chi Chuan Solo Form?

Is that the fast form?

The 42 Form is a National/International Compulsory Competition form played at tournaments. It is not a fast form.
This is the 42 shi taijiquan formulated by the Beijing Sports Committee.

Thanks, I had never heard of the 42 form before and I have never counted the postures of the fast form so I was a bit confused.
