Marwanin,
This looks like a Qigong (Chi Kung) movement to me rather than Tai Chi but they are very similar.
Where did you learn this movement?
Do you practice it repeatedly or only once in a while?
What energy, psychic and spiritual abilities are you working to attain?
Bob

This is a basic chi kung exercise. Breathing in on 1-3 and out on 4-6. It will help concentrate your mind, and relax your body. Chen Zhengli taught it as tai chi-related chi kung that he highly recommened doing at least 10 min each day. He said that if you practice you can get to 3-4 breaths per minute, but don't force it. Good luck.

Hi , looks like white crane chi gong, very usefull . You need to find someone who can teach you which muscle groups should power the movement though, or you'll develope the wrong ones forsure. s
