(4) By strengthening the leg muscles,

(5) By increasing blood flow,

(6) By realigning body movements,

(7) By making the mind and body better acquainted and more coordinated;

(8) By reducing tension,

(9) By maintaining or increasing mobility,

(10) By challenging the mind,

(11) By toning the cardiovascular system,

(12) By strengthening the bones in the lower body
