Yang family plagarized

In our country its called plagarism, but the guy Mr. Li from the Beijing Institiute took the long form and made some minor adjustments and now is spreading the 88 form. Its still the same sequence of the long form.

His other forms that he made 48 combined form and the 42 combined forms that use yang ,chen, wu and sun style is more original because it doesnt take from just one style and its exact sequence.

I guess its ok to get away with it in a communist country if your a party member or something. What does yang family members not do anything about it?
