I do not know this form and so cannot comment on the names of the postures or the sequence, but I do notice some minor typos in the Pinyin equivalents of the Chinese characters. Are you also looking for confirmation of whether the transcription is correct?

The sequence is correct per the Beijing 42 shi wushutaijiquan (competition). There are some close 42 shi wushitaijiquan forms that mimic the choreography. I am familiar with it. I am lousy at the characters so I leabe that to the more knowledgeable!
