I'm not sure about the "basic" title, there are several types of push hands on there that I've never even heard of before.
But, this is a truly excellent training DVD, the instruction is clear and the shots where they are looking down from directly above Yang Jun and his opponent are truly wonderful.
I highly recommend this DVD to everyone who wants to learn push hands.
The moving step instruction is especially weclome and informative.
It's going to take me forever to figure out some of the patterns shown here, but I've not got much else better to do for the next several years anyway.
