Push Hands study materials

I've put together a push hands workbook based on my twenty years of teaching . Over the years I have read all the books on Push Hands (PH) I've been able to get my hands on, and have also used a number of videos and DVDs. I've trained primarily in the Chen Man Ch'ing tradition as well as in tradition Yang Family, with Sam Masich, George Xu and others.
A student asked me to write this workbook on the systematic training of push hands skills. It is written in clear English with more than 100 photos. It is of course, challenging to learn push hands from a book. I have addressed this issue by presenting a systematic, step-by-step program. Check it out at my website - www.nando-r.com
