la-na-zha (??)a typical spear basic and kai-he-fa (open-close-emit)taiji spear basic are two techniques of spear/staff, does any one know the difference because they appear almost the same?
also some teachers have different ways of saying how to execute la na zha.
some have a more horizontal spear tip arch (like a frown shape or upside down smile)while another has a more verticle arch like- ) as well as ways of snapping the wrist and turning the waist before the thrust forward.
