Sending daos from China

Our teacher, Shen Hai Min, a long-time student of Fu Zhongwen, purchased 16 daos on her current stay in China. We are trying to find a way for her to send them to us, and are encountering difficulties. Since 9/11, there have been more stringent restrictions placed on the shipping of weapons. Can anyone give us some advice?
