The 49 movements form is the demonstration and competition form (as stated in the video title), that one will be used in China in the Olympics Games ?

And what about the 42 movement competition form ? It will be no longer the official one ?

Hi, upon looking at your post on the 49 movement form,the first thing that came to mind was that this new form cannot be replacing the 42 movement form since that form is a combination of all the major TCC styles,similar to the older 48 combination form.However, the newer 49 mov. form which is purely yang style, since it does not deviate from yang style techniques,may be a revision of the yang competition form or an update of the 24 movement(simplified)form.As to to the 49 mov. form being used in an up coming olympics,i was not aware of this.Wheather the 49 form is the right form to represent TTC as a major olympic event may be somewhat debatable. regards,JP.
