Yang Family Tai Chi Discussion Board

Does anyone know any background on a teacher named Ding Shui De? I come by his name because of a vcd I saw of him doing the saber set. The blurb on the back of the vcd simply says he is (or was) a board member of some taiji assoication and vice-chair of another group.
