Chi Pan Kung?

Greetings to everyone!
I was watching this website (http://www.wstportugal.com) and I noticed that the Technical Program of the World Yongnian Taichi Federation (FuShengyuan's) includes something called Chi (Qi) Pan Kung, which is some kind of relaxation set (I guess)
Does anybody know what is this Chi Pan Kung?
