Translation help needed: Wu Fast Form punch

Shanghai Wu Fast Form punch is a little bit different from the normal punch. In the book, it is written as:

In a different edition of the book, the 2nd word (edge/side?) is removed.

The first punch comes in ~1 minute (well, master Ma is about 30% older than master Shen )

The punch is a little bit "over the top" type of punch. "Over the top" used not as an expression, but to describe its trajectory.

I would take a little more than you have circled: 右掌边后撤边抓拳, "the right palm simultaneously withdraws backward and forms a fist". The contstruction is bian this bian that, meaning yi bian 一边 this yi bian that, roughly 'on the one hand do this while on the other do that'

Thanks Jerry. My question is, is there a technical name for this sort of punch? I guess also I should have copied the next passage where the mechanic of the punch is described. Will do so later.
