I HAVE BEEN READING AN OLD POSTING ON GETTING THE MIND RELAXED IN PREPERATION TO TRAIN AND THOUGHT I MAY BE ABLE TO OFFER A COUPLE OF SUGGESTIONS : PRACTICE THROWING AND CATCHING FROM HAND TO HAND (IDEALLY LEARN TO JUGGLE) BEFORE TRAINING, THIS ACTIVITY FOCUSES BOTH SIDES OF THE BRAIN & BODY REQUIRING THEM TO WORK TOGETHER, USE THE TIME WHEN YOUR BRAIN IS NATURALLY IN AN ALPHA STATE (NORMALLY THE SNOOZY PERIOD JUST UPON AWAKENING TO THINK & PONDER YOUR FORM, TRY HOLDING THIS STATE AND PRACTICING SOME CHI KUNG OR FORM, ALLOW YOURSELF TO NOTICE HOW LONG THIS MINDSET STAYS WITH YOU, YOU MAY FIND SEVERAL A HA! MOMENTS OCCURING. ENJOY
