Looking for a Tai Chi instructor in Philadelphia area

I am a student, but I am keen on learning Tai Chi. I know none so far, and I want to learn more. However, without proper guidance, I can't learn from books and videos. So if someone knows of an instructor in the Greater Philadelphia region, I would be extremely grateful.
I have read of Dr. Xianhao Cheng, but I do not know if he is an instructor, etc.
