A person I am close to suffers from Chronic Fatigue Syndrom. Now, I have some grasp of the concept of chi, but certainly no great degree of knowledge beyond my own limited experiences. Yet it seems to me that anything that builds, enhances, or makes use of chi, or that deals with the movement of chi through the body, should be of benefit to sufferers of Chronic Fatigue Syndrom.

Has anyone had any experiences with the use of tai chi to deal with Chronic Fatigue Syndrom, or is anyone aware of any writings on that potential use of tai chi?

Hello,

I myself suffered from Fybromialgia which symptoms are very much like de CFS your friend might be suffering. In fact this circumstance is what got me interested in the Chinese traditional Medicine.

Accupunture was a basic solution for me and afterwards have kept myself healthy through Tai chi techniques and Qigong as well. I truly believe in Tai Chi health aplications .
Give them a try.
