does left arm actually touch forearm as arms separate as in Yang Zhenduo's book
also from ward off right into roll back, do legs stay in bow stance and only waist turns as sometimes it feels like the left knee is actually moving
after roll back does left palm touch right forearm before waist turn or as waist is turning
after push does weight sink to back leg before waist starts to turn

No, not really.
also from ward off right into roll back, do legs stay in bow stance and only waist turns as sometimes it feels like the left knee is actually moving
Yes when turn right you stay in bow step, also when waist turn your left knee follow naturally move slightly.
after roll back does left palm touch right forearm before waist turn or as waist is turning
It¡¯s as waist turn go one time.
