On Yielding, I have written a blog entry (or two :-) ) on it http://neijiachuan.wordpress.com Basically, properly speaking, yielding is Zou Hua, you have to move (Zou) and not too much, so you can Hua. Look to about 32 seconds in, there is some sort of hand shaking thing going on there. Some guy claims that is the Gu Dang Jin.
